In this fun workshop, which combines Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), sound and laughter, you’ll learn simple tools to let go of stress, anger, fear, guilt and sadness. Then amplify the feelings you want – like joy, peace and contentment. You may also improve your sleep and boost your immune system.
EFT is a gentle method of clearing emotional distress by tapping on specific acupressure points. EFT has been used to provide rapid, lasting relief for emotional issues, which affect the ability of the body to restore balance and health.
Meg Deak is a licensed professional counselor, educator and workshop leader. For over thirty years, Meg has explored pathways to emotional well-being as well as the holistic impact of vibration, energy, sound and music.
