In some traditions, the Shaman willingly consumes or takes on another’s

be returned safely to the greater universe. The Celtic version of this comes
down to us in myth and folklore as the Beheading Game. Beheading Game, Celtic
Fire Ceremony, Tending and walking the purification fire, Faerie Magic

Shamanic Death Ritual: “Today is a great day to die.” When we
release fears of our death we embrace our life. You will experience how
to live on purpose in the present moment. By exploring the Celtic myths
of the Mabinogian we will journey to explore the meaning of life, death,
and rebirth.
Samhain Celebration (The Celtic
New Year)
Oct 30st Noon – 9 PM
The Wild Hunt is a form of ritual battle against the coming forces of death
and destruction. Here at the gateway of Samhain, we work with the Bone Mother
to help the souls of the dead cross over, as we gently sing them home. The
Fomorian gods of chaos are kept at bay as we dance the hunt in a collective
shamanic experience.
This experience includes, a Celtic Fire Ceremony with the Ancient Wicker
Man, Wild Hunt a Collective Shamanic Experience, Ceremonial work with the
Bone Mother, Sacred Oak Knowledge Offerings, and Dedication to the Land
and the First People

authentic, sincere and whimsical day connecting with faerie. Dress in your

to go to the edge and dance in the veil. We will get our hands in the soil

Full Moon Ceremonies - with Eagle Skyfire
Walking Winds is hosting Eagle Skyfire and her Full Moon Ceremonies.
In the spirit of Love, Honor, & Respect, these sacred ceremonies of
the Taino people are open to all who wish to share fellowship, and prayer.
These rituals are conducted in the tradition of the Caney, the Native peoples
of the Caribbean. The Red Road of all Native Americans throughout the Americas
are honored.
For all Full Moon gatherings you may want to bring something to sit upon.
Rattle, and drums are always welcomed. A wonderful way to celebrate community
is to bring a finger food or non-alcoholic drink to share after Circle.
During Thanksgiving and New Fire ceremonies a covered dish rather than finger
food is requested.
A gift for the celebrant (Eagle Skyfire) is customary. She is in need of
traditional gifts of cedar, sage, natural tobacco, sweet grass, & all
cotton cloth (broad is good) to make prayer robes. One yard of one color
is a fine gift that would be much appreciated. The *solid* colors that she
uses are red, yellow, black, white, light green, dark green, or blue.

Hatha Yoga/Power Yoga/Pilates
Indira Gandhi once said, "You must learn to be still in the midst of activity and to be vibrantly alive in repose." This is what yoga offers to students.
Yoga is an excellent form of moving mediation the strengthens the body,
mind and spirit. As you stretch through a wide range of motion and weight-shifting,
you are continually balancing, and with repetition will enjoy greater flexibility,
build deep core stamina and long, toned muscles. Yoga helps to align the
spine and whole skeletal structure, creates firmer neck muscles, improves
and corrects posture.
Deep breathing techniques expand lung capacity, can lower blood pressure
and will stimulate the circulation.... all this goodness begins with your
breath.
